      Good people, varied work tasks so I'm not stuck in one role. Decent pay but becoming less competitive s more stores move to $15/hour

      Kontras

      Hours cam gt sparse if the store ismt selling enough closets. Can be hard to promote if all roles are filled and no one leaves

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Kontras

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
