I worked there part-time for over 7 years and my ending salary was $11.24/hr, but the store discount made up for it. Every year you have to fill out an extensive review form and meet with your manager. This time, instead of a 30 minute review it lasted 4 hours! After 7 years of positive reviews, I was raked over the coals. Shortly before Christmas I became ill and they gave me a 30-day leave. Toward the end of the leave I called and asked for an extension. I was told to show up the next day for my shift or resign. We don't have a union, and the company is proud of their 'employee first' philosophy. But when they're finished with you they WILL find a way to push you out. Kip and Garrett started a great company. I feel bad for them.
