      great discount, not bad pay/benefits, friendly, helpful co workers

      Kontras

      short staffed, endles hours at register, no breaks, horrible management, way too much focus on rewards program, no Elfa training. 3=1 aspect, more like "you will do the work of 3 people (sometimes 5) and get paid the wage of 1."

      Decent pay for the most part

      Kontras

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
