      It is not Wal Wart.

      Systems issues continue to plague the company, having a very negative effect on morale, productivity, and customer service. Store managers, GMs, area and regional directors all preach the same...hang in there, we know you are busting your butts. What are we hanging in for? Why do we have to bust our butts when the fault lies in DFW?

      Decent pay for the most part

      Kontras

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
