Lots of long-tenured employees, great training and good co-workers who are always willing to help you out. Heavy employee discounts for some items and a wellness plan is available to any employee. Relatively high pay for retail work. If you are looking for a part-time retail job on the side, The Container Store is perfect for that.

Very difficult to get a full-time job, schedule can be all over the place, 5:00 AM deliveries four times a week including Sundays. It is a little clique-y, almost cult-like sometimes, and there is a clear division between the full and part-timers. It can be the usual repetitive and tedious retail work sometimes.
