There is some favoratism between mangamnet and long term employee's. Working in Texas heat it is unrealistic to not be able to wear shorts in summertime.. very hot work environmnet. Giving employees a discount is not exactly a wonderful perk especailly if you can't afford products (even with discount). I would have rather had the money than the discount.
