If you enjoy being under paid, under valued and exploited, then this is the "sweat-shop" type Company for you. If you enjoy being treated disrespectfully and doing 3 people's jobs and only being paid for doing a single person's job and consistently being over utilised, taken advantage of, overloaded, strained, overburdened, exhausted, fatigued, burned out, over allocated and working for a business owner who has no idea how to run a business then this is the Company for you. If you enjoy no aircon in hot summer months, no heaters or aircon in winter and people around you getting sick and work falling behind as a result, then this is the Company for you. If you enjoy working for a Company where clients are consistently complaining about poor service delivery, this would be the ideal Company for you to join. If you enjoy a culture of too many smoke breaks, lazy employees who do not take pride in their work or behaviour - this is the place for you.
