Pros

You become very educated on a the latest video games and video games systems. You learn about where the best places in the area to eat lunch are. You learn how to play Pinball and Foosball. Everyone's birthday is celebrated with a great cake, and B**r Friday is a nice treat.

Kontras

Slow to adapt to newer technologies in their products and services. Provides no training for employees to learn new skills and gain career development and growth. Over my time at the position I didn't have one yearly review or pay increase. No advancement within the company to due to size. Product support is a dead end job and has a high turn over rate. Programmers, Trainers, and Sales can learn alot but move on after 1 or 2 years.

Pros

Great team spirit. Very diverse team who all seem to get along. Been around for 25+ years and we are really hitting our stride. The software is amazing. I have taken initiative to further my education and they have been supportive.

Kontras

It is not a very big company and there are a few of us who have been here a long time and are not going anywhere, so if you want one of our jobs you are out of luck. That being said if you take initiative there are projects you can work on, so that you are not tied to the desk doing the same thing everyday.
