Given a lot of responsibility and there are opportunities to move up or around the company if self motivated. A lot can be learned if driven to do teach yourself.
Kontras
Not much loyalty to current employees. Focus is on whatever the current "corporate" goal is and little care is given to employees work/life balance or their work environment. Poor communication and lack of proper management usually results in productive individuals carrying excessive workloads while underperforming individuals skate by.
