Pros

Good rotations after 1st year, potential for growth if you have friends in the “right places”, not much else I can think of for “pros”.

Kontras

The mid level management in a specific section (Aerosonde) is full of favoritism. While there I saw people with absolutely no skill sets get promoted over others with far more experience. If you fit into the “clique” that is within Aerosonde you will execel to new levels. If not they will embarrass, disgrace and ultimately find a means to fire you. Many also experience racism within the company and when higher levels within the company are shown the emails, screenshots, etc it’s “not enough” according to the company. I’ve worked at other companies that would never tolerate promotions based on friendships, allow racism to happen, and a list of other issues.

Pros

Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

Kontras

No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
