Other teams not taking accountability for their errors and it always comes back on the support team who get the brute force of it when dealing with the customers whilst the managers and developers, etc. shy away. Also don't trust their employees, a lot. No opportunities to work from home hybrid working for some support teams yet the 3rd line had that option, ridiculous.
