Would appear to be a good opprotunity but once started to work, will realize that the culture is toxic and negative. No room to grow or innovate. You need to keep proving everything with detailed, written emails. Your time will end up with meetings, writing meeting emails and proving the same like a courtroom trial.

Micromanaging at its peak, lack of trust, poor leadership. No motivation to work, but only finding faults without help, no work life balance, no engagement and benefits. For anyone in mid-senior role, the opportunity is red-flag. You will end up doing only junior tasks and not get a chance to stand with your points with leadership team.
