Kontras
My experience here was disappointing from the start. Despite being told I was doing well and was great to work with, I was nearly put on a PIP while still in training, something I’ve never seen at any company. What made it worse is that department heads openly admitted it takes a full year to feel comfortable in this role, yet that expectation is clearly not shared internally. The disconnect is huge and unfair to new hires. The role was advertised as customer‑facing, but that’s not the reality. It’s far more technical and often feels like being a catch‑all assistant for every other team. The responsibilities are vague, constantly shifting, and not aligned with the job description. Training is almost nonexistent. You watch someone else do the job once, and then you’re expected to perform perfectly with little to no guidance. Questions are treated like inconveniences, and there’s no structured onboarding, documentation, or support. Overall, the expectations are unclear, the role is misrepresented, and the training is inadequate. Anyone considering applying should be cautious — the internal alignment and support simply aren’t there.
