Hands-on, collaborative environment with a unique product in a niche market - Marketing bei Telgorithm: Mitarbeiterbewertung

It's a startup that is thriving which means that there are opportunities to have a massive impact on the business and our customers. We're all builders of some sort and have a bias towards action to move things forward. The team is smart, intentional and genuinely want to do good for our customers without egos getting in the way.

With every startup comes a little bit of chaos but nothing out of the ordinary. I thrive in these environments so not really a "con" for me or the folks that work here.

Extremely poor working culture. Certain department flat out lie and shift blame while the CEO is too naive to recognize this behavior. Three sales leaders in the span of a year should be telling… Horrible horrible work culture at Telgorithm. Leadership thinks the inbound channel is doing well. In reality you're lucky to get a single qualified inbound in a month. CEO believes the product is a must have; prospects largely do NOT feel the same. It’s treated like a commodity by all in the space except for Telgorithm.
