You can really stretch "flexible working hours" to it's limits at Tele2. I'm confident that no one would notice if I went on a fishing trip for 2 or 3 weeks if I have a bot make me look online and just respond "I don't know, I will check that tomorrow" to every chat message.

* Cheapskate company that can't even afford disposable cutlery and plates. * HQ in a semi abandoned ghetto. * Decision-making by omission or by incompetent senior management is the default. * No product roadmap. * Only promoting the least competent or the best suck-ups. * Hard requirement for engineering managers is that you know nothing about coding. * Entire system stacks dependent on single engineers. * No written guidelines on software architecture. * On going civil war between productive departments and parasitic departments. * Policy is to not celebrate anything at all. * Mass layoffs and "reorganizations" at least once per year, lately about 3 times per year. * No team building. Too expensive. * Tech debt is not maintained at all. * Competence is a disadvantage.
