Minimum 50 hour work weeks (5, 10 Hr days) although most weeks I put in 65-80 by the time I was done and often walked away feeling it wasn’t enough - burnout culture - operational performance outweighs many “putting people first” aspects of the business - stores are expected to run on bare minimum resources (ie payroll) and store leaders often have to step in and function as team members
