Might not be typical but very petty management - Stocking Associate bei Target: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Local management - they went to college to be a manager at Target so they'll stab you in the back without giving it a second thought. Some of the people I worked with were to put it mildly and professionally complete jerks and they were just stocking associates or sells associates not even managers. Like other companies they make use of temporary employees during the holiday season. Not that this is bad, but it does not promote loyalty either.
