Peers for most part are genuine individuals to build friendships and strong working relationships, decent benefits and compensation for work completed.

Kontras

Poor culture, weak leadership among directors and HR, culture of favoritism, racism, harassment and discrimination. Senior HR leaders often use profane examples or inappropriate behavior with no repercussions but hold everyone else to different standard. Very critical of views that oppose company culture, discriminated against for Christian values. Forced to work even when positive for Covid symptoms, never offered any type of LOA or time off, and then ridiculed and coached for not being vaccinated. Senior leaders talk profanely against front line team members behind closed doors with blatant favorites and discriminate against those they personally dislike, keeping them from promotions.
