Don't do it! - Overnight Inbound Stocker bei Target: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Spent 5 to 6 hours out of my 8 hour shift unloading trucks. Hard physically due to being bent over lifting heavy objects at a fast pace for hours for 2 dollars less an hour than McDonalds starting wage. The hours and pay were terrible and I only took the job as a second income while my wife finished her degree. Target does not give raises and they are very clear about that during orientation. The people who are training you and have been there for years are making the exact pay as you. Inconsistent and inconsiderable leadership from people who expect more than they themselves are willing to do. Go anywhere else and make more money for less work.
