Inadequate training-Orientation consisted of HR handing me a stack of DVD's...she forgot to direct me to a TV or DVD player in order to watch the DVD's...Unfortunately, this was the most organized portion of the training process. Unrealistic workloads-Payroll decreases, standards increase District level management and support is a joke-I was new in role for 5 months before my District support partner bothered to make any contact with me. I made multiple phone calls and emails which were never returned
