No respect for skill and talent. Only people who have contacts can survive here. Not good work but being "yes sir" to managers will help you grow. The manager I worked under, is just surviving on the contacts he has at office. He is a serial offender and many women complained on him. Women have quit because of him and also mentioned this to HR. Yet, he gets all the support from the company.
