- Competitive pay - Leaders are willing to look at all aspects of a situation before making a decision

Kontras

- Promote people way too fast and not ready for their role! - Holidays are just about gone due to wanting more money - No payroll or hands to do tasks. Leaders are expected to be on the floor doing tasks but then held accountable for not getting leadership things done. - Talent management is only done when ready to promote otherwise poor performers are left forever.
