A few nice colleagues but poor management and staffing - Remodel Team Member bei Target: Mitarbeiterbewertung

A lot of the people at this Target are introverts. Some of these introverts are team leads and etl's. They are very awkward people. They should not be working in retail. There is not much chance to move up at Target. They promised the remodel team 40 hours a week but we only are scheduled 37. After the remodel most of us will be let go because this small store is seriously understaffed. They run people half to death doing the job of several people.
