Working with people who share the same values as me. Having diverse coworkers from all different backgrounds. Employees/coworkers that can have a wide skillset When working with the public, things will never become boring/mundane

Disgusting workplace in means of sanitary/hygenic measures. I would not say there is a foot in this store that is "clean" by any means I wouldn't agree with every manager in their means of "managing" people. If you don't simply see your employees as people rather than a body occupying a position, there is something very flawed about that.
