Pros

Promotion opportunities if you put in the work. Health insurance is also nice, Management routinely engage with employees and take on board suggestions or improvements. New hire training has been vastly improved with even more improvements being implemented.

Kontras

Dev team can be slow to respond to development request quotes. No pension contribution scheme. Other than that i cant think of any other cons.

Pros

Mass amounts of learning and development available. Getting to work on cutting edge technology that pushes the envelope is inspiring. The staff is amazing and it truly feels like I work with my best friends.

Kontras

Change happens often, as it does with most products, so you have to be able to roll with it. People who are adverse to a lot of change may not like this.

Pros

Talent Rover is in every way a "startup." Growth for the company and individual is on an insanely aggressive track. Our founders and subsequent leadership have done a great job at instilling and sustaining a fantastic culture - my coworkers are my family - which is important when the hours get long and work gets stressful. The opportunity to be intellectually stretched and challenged is unparalleled. Talent Rover is not a company for any type of stagnation and provides an extraordinarily unique step in any career path.
