First the backgrounds are very low. Management does have understanding what is the job. Actually there is no management here. The people have low educational and techinical background. They do not have any process, your job requirements are not clear. The company rules are not clear too, HR does not know the rules. The rules are daily changing. The company going to bankrupt in a couple of years, everyone is waiting their end.
