Management are rude and not helpful. Me and other colleagues get shouted at to take more calls. It’s continuously busy with no room to even breathe in between calls because we get nothing but grief from management breathing down our necks the entire day. We’re treated like just a number when in my induction they tried to make it out like they care about their staff. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR STAFF. They’re more focused on getting calls answered to hit their targets than actually giving good customer service. Management constantly shout at you in Teams if you’re in wrap up for too long. There’s work to do after a call is done, typing notes etc. Yet they want us to pile on call after call which ends up being unnecessarily stressful, also leading to mistakes being made because of the constant pressure. By far thee worst company I’ve ever worked for in terms of how managers treat you. Some managers are nice and supportive but the majority are horrible people and horrible at their job. The CEO needs to take a good look into how the company is being run because the way things are going Teleperformance is either going to lose a lot of good workers due to management being so terrible. Or you’re going to see a huge dip in customer experience due to staff being worked so hard taking call after call that mistakes are going to be made resulting in complaints by customers. I’m currently looking for employment elsewhere because I just cannot do this anymore. Please if you’re reading this do not work here. I also have every intention of contacting our ‘open door’ CEO to make him aware how badly management are treating us.
