The environment is very friendly and supportive, they know what kind of job customer service is and especially when you’re a new hire they are very understanding about it. The environment is extremely nice, at least in the office of the product I was assigned to. • Nice Benefits • I appreciated the fully paid training • Within the role there are also other responsibilities one can take to make the job less repetitive • There are often internal openings

• Communication is a weak point, you kinda just find out things, you get assigned new tasks/roles and you just do it. It can be a pro if one likes chaos honestly.
