Pros
Working for different clients can boost your skills and CV, transparency, salary is good for first job. In general is OK for a first job to get experience and if you are lucky to like the client you are working for, there is the option for transition.
Kontras
Employeneurship model sounds very attractive in theory but does not work as expected in reality. The clients you are working for are not always your choice. As long as you make profit for TMC they are treating you well, but the behaviour instantly changes when this stops. On occasions I had to chase them for bonus owed to me or to correct salary / expenses 'mistakes'. Keep in mind that the lease car costs a fortune at the end although it sounds attractive that they pay for the fuel.
