Pros
They have a lots of hours available
Kontras
This list could go on and on: first they don't like to give overtime. They will give you 15 hours and you have to call the office for more hours every day and take shifts that are everywhere. It will take me 45 minutes to get from one place to another. And they don't pay for gas if it's more than 10 miles. They said they would have nurses come and check up on you and the client every so often, but for the six months that I have work there not one check up has been made. They don't care if you're happy, whatever is the cheapest for them is all that matters. There's schedulers and management are very rude. It is their responsibility to make sure that there is somebody coming at certain times, and they will leave a shift open until it's time for your time to go. And every time they say there's a problem they will fix it, it takes like several days to fix it. This is not one time this is multiple times. They always have issues and the reason is because they are "shortstaffed". It's absolutely ridiculous. Please don't put yourself through this, it's stressful. There are better agencies around.
