Wonderful environment with concentration on work/life balance. The company has many opportunities for upward mobility and encourages and supports professional growth.

Slow months cause a great deal of adjusting and can be discouraging until you have been with the company for awhile and can better navigate the ups and downs.

Compensation is very good. Plenty of opportunity to earn. Dress code is very relaxed. Awesome engagement with community through charitable programs and grants. Yearly profit sharing is an amazing bonus. Medical, dental and vision benefits are decent. 401k matching is nice. Very accommodating to religious needs. Ability to meet so many incredible people from all walks of life. Contests are fun and rewarding especially during holidays. Vendor incentives and rewards are also very fun.

Communication window on changes is often very slim to non existent at times. No paid Holidays. No unpaid time off. Scheduling in general can be a bit of a mess. Hard to plan life around. Work life balance isn't terrible but could be improved. Overtime highly discouraged.
