Good pay and good people. Culture used to be very good but it has been steadily declining over current CEO's tenure

Continually cutting employees and employee benefits. When I first started 15 years ago benefits were very good and a compelling reason to stay. Over that time they have been seriously eroded and are nothing like they used to be. Focus is on shareholder value and not on talent or retaining it. Culture has been changing and it seems like employees are very expendable with a drive to implement AI to cut employees.
