Pros

The Bonuses are good, but theres reviews like twice a year to add more deductions and to minimise the amount of money the company spend. The office is alright, and the AL is good, like 33 days a year. Great room for progression if you put yourself out there. The shift patterns are great though, really allows for work/life balance.

Kontras

Lots of redundancies across the company, you never feel fully stable. As more people get let go, more pressure gets put on the other employees, and sometimes everyone is just miserable! Less and less staff nights, christmas parties have stopped, no christmas bonuses, all to cut on money even though the company is profiting more than ever before. The targets and expectations for the workload vary, and sometimes you get micromanaged.

Great organisation - great approach to all colleagues - autonomy to manage your team - department- business with the support if required

The team were generally great, good facilities

Kontras

Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
