1. HR has hire and fire policy. They try to pay minimum when they layoff employees, instead of 3 months full salary. 2. Management is always ready to listen to you, but they will rarely have any solutions. 3. Everything you get is from clients, the company is chindi in spending a single rupee. They will try to save money from each and everything. 4. Some projects has tracking enabled for employees each and every minutes. 5. Idiotic management, top level people have relationship with some girls and those girls promoted to Managers easily without experience. 6. Even Coffee machine is old/outdated machine. Out of three washroom only one washroom has tissue papers . They can go to any extent to save money. 7. Parties and events are organised from deductions from employees salary. 8. When you join everything would seem hunky dory but when you are not needed they would kick you out. 9. There are activity trackers to track the activity for some projects. 10. Employees are increasing but total parking space is same. Causing lot of trouble for shift timings. They even want us to park 1 km away at SeasonsMall parking and walk. So many times shift employees has to pay for parking in Magarpatta also. When asked about the parking, they are saying that it is not their responsibility. 11. Certification reimbursement policy is worst. You are eligible only after 1 year of joining. Then also there are so many conditions, so mostly we do not opt for reimbursement.
