Payroll is constantly mishandled, creating confusion and mistrust. Benefits are terrible; no PTO and health insurance costs are unreasonable. The the client treats contractors like full-time employees when it comes to workload, without the protections or clarity of an employee role. This creates legal and ethical concerns.
