I was a new comer in Canada, and found this opportunity to work with SysAid. Its been 4 years but who's counting. So far I love it here! Just to clarify im not writing this under any influence of any management member. Everyone here knows I like working with my team and why not share with everyone else who could find a great place as I did -Amazing people. The only reason I stayed and keep moving on with this team is that I found a home here. I was able to extend my work relationship beyond the workspace and now every day whether im working from home or working from the office feel like im where I need to be. -Hybrid work model -Work from anywhere policy -SysAid wellness day- a bunch of days off not included in my vacations but there are just DAYS OFF! -Opportunity to move and expand careers internally and more...

Nothing that other organizations do not have so these are workable. Just have a bit of patience!

Pros

HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
