      Salary market rate and no surprise.

      Kontras

      Salary will be reduce if performance not to expectations and attritions of management team are high. Overall HOD don’t work as a team and due to family relationships some HOD or old timer have upper hand. As far as possible stay away from this toxic environment. Trust me!
