- Small agency where you are able to have your voice heard and take ownership of projects - Variety of projects and clients amounts to never the "same" day - Family feel where you are able to establish close relationships and really get to know one another - Executive Creative Director by far the best boss I've ever had (Good, knowledgable mentor, caring and fun)

- Some people aren't made for the small agency life. A lot of responsibility can fall on a select few people. It can be stressful at times. You need to carve out your own place and be willing to step up.

Definitely fun people to work with even remotely. Management asked us to come in one day a week to work together face-to-face. Fun lunches or after hours drinks on that day. Most of the people care about their work and deliver great ideas.

Some processes that should work well at an agency that's been doing this for a while are a bit old and need to be fixed. Keep employees in the know on agency operations.
