I guess their terminals are okay. They recently (past 5 years) renovated the one in Memphis.

Where do I start? To begin, my home terminal was Memphis, TN. The fleet managers there are some of the worse I’ve ever experienced. I had a friend who told me that apparently he didn’t run hard enough (he was sick) so his fleet manager pulled him into this conference call and told him and everyone else there that if they didn’t run hard that week then they should not be running comfort mode in their trucks while they sleep. It was summer. Comfort mode is the air conditioner. I don’t remember who his fleet manager was but that is wild. Pay was $0.43 cents a mile for me. I was newer but that’s the lowest I’ve ever seen anywhere. With experience you might be able to get lower 50’s cents per mile. Everything is so backwards with them. Landing gear handle is on the right side of the trailer. Hell, even their jackets zipper was hung on the left side. Out of all the companies I’ve worked for in my life they were hands down the worst.
