We take your concerns seriously and would like to address the issues with you around micromanagement, bad systems, and training. We are constantly working on improving our systems and processes. Each day we continue to seek out new innovative ways to help our team member's succeed in their roles! We are committed to providing our teams with the resources they need to be successful, one example the new Learning Management System rolling out later this month, that will improve our quality of training on new team member onboarding.
