Sales goals are sometimes hard to achieve. Depending on your manager you may or may not like for work for Suntrust. Favoritism exists on upper mgmt levels. It’s hard to get promoted or considered for other positions outside of retail if you start there unless your numbers are exceptional. Now that I’ve had a chance to experience life at another bank I have to say the grass is greener on the other side.
