Pros
Above average pay for a freelance producer. Team prioritized deliverables, deadline, budget, and quality of work. They weren't rigid about day to day schedule, the approvals process was simple, and I never felt like I was being micromanaged.

Not many. Granted, my project manager who I felt was exceptional is no longer with the company - so perhaps experiences vary depending on who you're reporting to. My only critique was that the in-house team was of little assistance in helping to acquire product for the shoot. It wasn't a major headache, but you would just assume they'd have access to the products they're asking you to feature in the ads.
