Come in and complete simple marketing requests and get paid for X. Everyone told me this is what the last guy did? You can choose to be a go getter and do that plus other skills/tasks to produce marketing such as social media, full embroidery machine that they don't know how to use, very little in terms of any internal documentation, etc.. you can do all of that.. still getting paid X. Next guy is too.
