StringCan was such a great company to work for. Jay has built a company that makes working hard fun. He always puts the team first and does whatever he can to set everyone up for success. Everyone who meets and works with Jay has nothing but great things to say about him and his dedication and passion for helping others. StringCan is a small but mighty team. There are processes and procedures in place to ensure the team can efficiently do their job and the team is always looking for ways to make things better. Everyone’s voice matters and feedback is always encouraged. I’ve never had a company that has cared more about me and my career growth has equally as the company as a whole. There used to be too many internal meetings but the team works hard to reduce and consolidate them where it makes the most sense so they really have a good pulse on how to be more efficient with time.
