Honestly, there are many to start with, build able team, strategic work mode, understanding people but yes they are very particular about their work. I have never seen such good management in any Company as they are not only good but also lenient.

To my understanding every Company has Pros and cons so just upon negativity being spread by few lot its difficult to state the cons as no Company will pay any employee for coming office and not working or being unable to deliver results in more than 6 months time.

It is a very nice place to work at and very nice people. I have been working with Streamwave Manpower for less than a year and I have found my employment to be very rewarding and full of opportunities to grow. Everyday is a new challenge and a solid foundation for learning.
