      Tolle Work-Life-Balance. Niemals eine überwältigende Menge an Arbeit. Anständiger PTO-Plan.

      Kontras

      Die Bezahlung entspricht nicht dem Marktstandard. Außerdem kann es beim Wechsel in ein neues Unternehmen schnell zu einem Gefühl der Entfremdung kommen, da es an Kultur und Gemeinschaft mangelt.
