Enjoy the focus on employee development. We have two MindFul and two MindFUEL days per year. The first are to step away from daily tasks to clear our minds away from work - an awesome offer that I personally use for mindfulness and creative thinking deep-dives. The second is to boost our learning. Last one was for my part used on AI-agents and future of SaaS.
Kontras
Many colleagues are working from home offices and after covid not coming to our offices any more. Missing my colleagues as I personally love to be at the office and hope to see as many as possible. I know this is a plus for many of my colleagues but that is how I feel.
