-Convenient downtown location. -Staff members are hard working.

-Strict work schedules and expectation to work overtime every day without additional pay. -Mandatory meetings scheduled outside of work hours instead of into the work day. -High turnover of staff due to hiring of overqualified staff, this is compounded by a poor workplace environment. -Very traditional Management style, I.e high level of control and does not empower employees. -Empty promises of annual performance bonus’.
