As a full time student, they were very flexible with my schedule changing each semester. Very supportive work environment, where everyone is encouraged to share new ideas, ask questions, and learn more about any area of interest. They work hard to foster a positive team environment by celebrating wins together and helping each other.

No place is perfect, but there aren't any obvious cons. I loved working there!

Lots of variety in everyday tasks. Each day looks a little different. Management cares about you as a whole person and sees you as part of a family instead of only an employee.

Management does not want to upgrade to new technologies. There is an large generational gap between the upper management and the rest of the office which sometimes leads to conflict in how the business should function. There's opportunity for lateral movement but very few options to move up within the company.
