Pros

They are always hiring. It's fairly easy to get a job there and it's not hard work.

Kontras

The pay, poor raises. Management is like a dictatorship. There is only one way and it's Swartz's way. Supervisors are fairly compensated. Education and longevity is not fairly compensated. Everyone that works there in a management or higher level is always running scared for their job. One call by a worker and you are gone. They don't care if it's true or not, just that a worker feels that this is what happened. No cares what really happened. S*&^ rolls downhill is very prevelant around Static Control Componets.

Pros

None-you realize within a short time that you made a bad decision.

Kontras

Lack of Work-Life Balance: The company culture does not support a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction among employees. Poor Accountability: Management consistently fails to hold underperforming employees accountable, which places an unfair burden on high-performing team members. No Investment in Employee Development: There is little to no emphasis on career growth, skill development, or training opportunities, leaving employees stagnant in their roles. Compliance Issues: The company knowingly violates state and federal regulations, operating under the assumption that avoiding detection is an acceptable risk. This creates significant ethical and legal concerns. Unequal Workload Distribution: High-performing employees are often expected to compensate for the lack of effort or competence in others, which leads to resentment and decreased morale. Unqualified Decision-Makers: Critical decisions are frequently made by individuals who lack the necessary experience or qualifications, leading to inefficient processes and poor strategic outcomes.
